Before You Request Service
If you have any reason to believe you have a gas leak or smell gas, contact the gas company or LP supplier IMMEDIATELY. We are not plumbers and we do not offer emergency service.
Please note that we only perform service on products that were purchased from us.
We have records going back to late 2105. If your purchase was prior to that, please be prepared to provide proof of purchase.
Please take some time to review the manual that came with your unit, as many service calls can be avoided by finding instructions there. If you don't have the manual, let us know and we will help you get one.
Service Has Been Scheduled
Please make sure that on the day of service, you do not attempt to use your fireplace or stove. The unit must be thoroughly cool for our tech to perform service.
If your unit is connected to LP gas, please make sure you have fuel in your tank.
If your unit has a remote, please make sure to have fresh batteries installed and spares on hand.
If you have recently done other work in your home, please make sure that any required utilities have not been inadvertently turned off leading to the unit.
